msi or gainward?

Hi folks,

I'm getting a video card for a new computer I'm building. I've narrowed it down to these:

MSI GF4 TI4200-VTD8X DDR 128MB

or

GAINWARD 650-8X GF4 TI4200 128MB ULTRA


So, which one? Any opinions or advice on these?

MSI's get higher benchmark ratings...I'd go for it over the Gainward.
