Whats the DIFFERENCE?

I would like to know if there is any difference in performance bettween a Leadtek Geforce FX 5900 128MB and the RADEON 9800 ULTRA 256, or a Leadtek Geforce FX 5900 128Mb and the Geforce FX 5900 Ultra? And if so, can you really see the difference?

I would take the 9800 Pro over the FX5900 Ultra, but thats just me. Both cards are very good and perform better in different area's, you cant go wrong with either.

Performance wise they should all pretty much be a draw, the 9800 should give you a bit better experiance colorwise slightly faster in D3D, the Geforce's should be just a touch more compatible (new game friendly) and faster in GL.

It comes down to a matter of preference and pocketbook really.

Tough question! (Between the 9800 Pro 256 and the 5900 Ultra)

Based on my type of gaming, (check out all the charts at that review) I would go for the 5900 Ultra.
