DV Camcorder to Computer advice needed

Got a customer with a new Dell.

Wants to hook up his camcorder to the Dell using the RCA jacks to grab still shots.

The Sony camcorder does not come with the USB cable, which you know is different on the camera end than the standard USB cable. Any ideas as to the cheapest "Capture" card or other device to use with Winderz XP ?

My TRV-840 (Digital 8) has Firewire, but You would have asked that already (yes?).
