| job semi-accomplished
we needed some more light in the upper room of our garage,so instead of installing a normal sized window,we installed this sliding door:
paid around one third price for it. now i must secure it shut before someone uses it for a door!!(the first step is a doozy!)
next is drywall up there along with work benches and shelves. its only been around 12 years in the making... |

Nice job.
12 years isn't too bad I guess. It took me and a buddy at least 3 years to put an engine in my ol' V8 Vega. Can we say "skylight". |

Hopefully you didn't cut the hole for the door 12 years ago

That gonna be the guest room for in-laws, Draboo? So you can unlock that door when they visit, and let them out that way...
Gonna be a conversation piece round those parts, no doubt.
Cheers
Mick

We like to 'improvise' around these parts, Mick.
Looks good, Brad. I'll be on the lookout for that truck... |

I had to go run outside to make sure my ol garage was still there!!!
I just rented a big ol cat and tore up alot of stuff around the yard here (big fun). We spread some sand to make a foundation for our new shed/garage and just per chance, it is going to look EXACTLY like yours too!!!! Early morning de ja vu I guess...... |
