good reply i must say. Although i will comment on one thing. Around here when someone gets the master bedroom we always have them pay more. Now you are correct in saying the issue is resolved since it seems you've already discussed it, and so i would say you are in the right. But my advice is in the future to make a slight difference in payment for the size of room.
