Hanity has a puppet liberal, Colmes, but he is there to make Hanity look good. Brit Hume is viciously conservative as is O’Reilly.
MSNBC has:
Scarborough, who is a former conservative Republican congressman that doesn’t even hide his bias.
Chris Mathews (Hardball) who is conservative and the “Abrams Report” which is middle leaning conservative.
CNN has Judy Woodruff who is moderate, leaning liberal.
Crossfire: which has a balance of liberals and conservatives.
Wolf Blitzer, who is moderate leaning liberal (but let the White House get away with whoppers recently.)
Lou Dobbs, who is liberal.
Anderson Cooper, who is conservative.
Paula Zahn, who is neither, as I think she is just a pretty face that can read a script.
In summary, this is the “liberal media:” The so-called liberal news network, CNN, has a balance of liberals and conservatives, MSNBC that has mostly conservatives and FOX that has only conservatives. That's balance?

And you forget that all three cable news networks combined do not get the numbers of viewers as the ABC, CBS and NBC evening news. If you are trying to say that Fox News and its 1 to 2 million evening viewers somehow counters the over 60 million of CBS, NBC, and ABC you are smoking crack. Might I suggest reading Bernard Goldberg's Arrogance, it is a great read and attacks specifically your charge that the media is conservative.
And since we are talking about bias in the news I guess you have capitualted that Moore does not tell the truth.

This addresses that point: http://www.fair.org/press-releases/kerry-bush.html Quote: |
Few reporters ever mentioned this substantive falsehood. NPR reporter Mara Liasson (7/17/03) called it "revisionist history," while the Washington Post (7/15/03) timidly noted: "The president's assertion that the war began because Iraq did not admit inspectors appeared to contradict the events leading up to war this spring." But most major news sources chose not to bring up Bush's false statement-- the New York Times was silent on the issue, as were the nightly newscasts of ABC, CBS, NBC and PBS.
