Can I get a credit card?

From the looks of things, I'm going to have to build up credit.

I was wondering if there was a way for me to get a credit card... I wouldn't use it for much, and would just need like a $200 limit, but could easily pay that every month.

I think that this would help me in the future, as I am planning on getting an apartment next summer, and I will only be 17 by then (16 now), and I think that might help me get one.

What do you think?

BTW, I live in MA if that makes a difference.

Your parents would most definitely have to co-sign.

This was just discussed here... http://www.techimo.com/forum/t114634.html

Your best bet -- as per usual -- is to call the bank and ask. They'll know more for your specific case and be able to provide more detailed information that will tailored to you than anyone on this forum can.
