San Francisco's reasoning is that they are "special" in that they are a county and city combined - intersexed if you will... and they have special powers.
It's against state law and federal law, and would lead to immediate legal challenges to any voted outcome, but what the hey, they are only wasting taxpayer money on lawsuits, not real money! So like any spoiled child, they will try to do whatever they can get away with. | |
