Curious, what are Mods doing??

What is it to be a Moderator. Do they sit around all day and monitor this site, along with others maybe? Is this their "Day Job"? do they also work on the site? Improvements?

I really dont know so that is why i am asking. What qualifications allow one to Moderate a site like this?

Do mods need to know how to spell? if so, that counts me out.

You never know when you're going to see us on. Sometimes I'm tempted just to leave the site open on my PC so everybody thinks I'm always on.

From what I can gather most large sites do pay their mods.

Just not this one, it's too cutting edge
