My cousin's friend's next-door neighbor knows someone who did.
Actually, a former boss of mine won a 1/40 share of a big multi-state lottery. Her winnings augment her annual salary to the tune of about $20k after taxes. Certainly not enough to retire on, but she does a lot of traveling, so she can afford some pretty nice trips. | |
