Get a job as a mover.
Or you could take the tires off your car and lift them above your head.
Of course, you could go out and get a barbell and some weights. Bench press and curls should do it.

pull-up bar and push-ups is a great place to start.

Well I have stength in... how do I put this.. my lower arms. Enough that I don't care about building it.. but my upper arms are so incredibley weak...
Pull up bar ehh... I could maybe build one outside.
Push ups... I can start those tonight.

pull-up bar... go to the local sporting goods store... you can get one that installs in the doorjamb for $20-$30 or so. Very easy to do.

I actually had a pull-up bar as a kid... It's amazing how effective a hanging steel bar can be.

If you can't get a pull-up bar, go to the local playground and grab some monkey bars. It's the same difference, plus you can do the pull-ups with your hands facing each other. Not sure what they call that, though.

Ask your parents for things to do around the yard... If they're anything like my parents were, they'll have a lengthy list of physically laborious things for you to do that'll help to tone you up.
As my dad would say, "We don't need landscapers. We have kids."

yeah work around your yard and clean your room haha

And put down the phone. Five-hour phone calls are bad for upper body strength!

Look... What this boils down to is this: Your body will not build muscle unless it needs to.
Get off the phone, get off your computer, get out there, get active.

and get a life hahaha being on the phone and the computer much more than spending in the real world = not having a social life and your too young for that.

And just remember: EAT!
Your body, when it needs energy, will burn your muscle - it will keep your fat. So make sure you eat everything in the house. Gain weight to gain muscle.

There's not really much point to any of these posts.
This type of thread is a direct result of periodic musings of "I wish I had a superhero physique! I'M GOING TO GET IN SHAPE!" ... Tomorrow he's not going to give a rat's hoo-hoo (bum-bum)....
You can sit in front of your computer and talk about how "ripped" you want to get until the cows come home and the milk is stale and mom is yelling at you about the porn she found under your mattress... None of it makes any difference, because saying and doing are two different things.

You may think your lower are strong ...try this...
Get an old broom handle or peice of pipe about 1" in daimeter. Cut it about 24"
long and drill a 1/4 " hole in the middle. Get a rope ( like clothes line ) and cut it about 30" long . insert througth thru hole and make a knot. On the other end attach a 5 lb weight. Grasp the pipe with each and twist the rope up and down slowly until you feel strained. do about ten sets . Then you'll have lower arm strength.

Get a road bike, and do 500 miles a week.
That'll build your legs up, so you'll look really disproportionate(sp?)

I concur with brandon.
Doing a few pushups every night isn't going to do jack shiznit. I don't post in these threads anymore because it's worthless. Posting here is the exact same thing as telling the COUNTLESS amount of Army pukes how to get a good PT score. Every blasted time, I go through the program I went through and they get all enthusiastic....few days later...are they doing anything? Nope. EVERY time.
You know what everyone needs first? It's not a workout regimen, it's not a good diet...it's effing motivation, that's what.
