    Question CompUSA Wages?

     
    Does anyone know what someone just starting a job at CompUSA would get hourly....it would be part-time...like 20 or so hours, i think...thanks guys.

    no...i plan on getting a job in 2 or so years (*laughs out loud*)....but I want to know if I will be able to afford this web hosting when i get my job

    You're wanting to compare wages you might get in a couple of years to the hosting rates of today?

    To answer your question right now though, you can find some hosting for less than $10/mo. You would only have to work 1 hour by the time you get the job.

    Wages also strongly depend on what state you think you'll be working in.

    Good point Mike. This just throws everything out of whack now. We're going to have to figure in taxes, commuting, and wether or not CompUSA will even still be in business.

    What if they switch to just internet-based sales like Gateway . . . er eMachines . . . or whatever they're calling themselves these days?

    Based on their customer service, they seem to be making an effort to go out of business. Sometimes I wonder why I even bother going there.
