    off topic post

    i was just wondering what would be the best to get rid of my beer gut?

    exercise bike?

    treadmill?

    rowing machine?

    as i said i know its offtopic, but this is one of the most usefull forums im a member of, ive decided to ask you guys, cheers!

    i dropped a bit of my beer gut lately by switching to brandy more often. I also quit smoking weed a few weeks ago (only 2 relapses), I think thats been helping. The best way is to probably stop drinking beer as much, and exercise regularly. if you have a skateboard you can use it as an "ab-slide".

    Hmm, the first thing I would do would be to lay off the beer. I mean, that seems quite exotic and bizarre, but I think it may be just what you're looking for.

    Oh, and exercise never hurt anyone either (unless someone broke an ankle jump-roping, or somehting).

    Lipo isnt a good solution for losing weight/becoming healthier. Many people have the false believe that thin equals healthy. It doesnt always work like that.

    If your just starting out - go with an Elliptical if you can get one it provides non impact(much easier on the joints than running) exercise, going down the list next would be the rowing machine(the rowing machine would be first but it seems a lot of people hurt their backs in short order and thus stop working out), then a good treadmill - BTW if your gonna buy you should buy the best you can get, then a bike.

    Remember all will be for naught if you arent still exercising 6 to 12 months from now. Take is slow and easy at first, caring for your joints, and slowly build up your muscle mass and aerobic ability.

    Dont drink or eat so much and get lots of exercise to the point you walk around hungry most of the day, eat only breakfast and lunch, never a big supper where you will fill up and then go immediately sleep, instead you should only eat when you will have the ability to work the food off.
