What is the deal with zealots that spam forums???
RE: deleted thread Everyone needs JESUS! JESUS loves you! JESUS died for you!
Why is it that christians see fit to spam forums across the net with garbage and proselytization regarding their faith? I saw the garbage that was posted here a few minutes ago, locked, and removed (good work mods). It seems like that crap shows up like once every 2 or 3 months. Why? Just a random person spreading their filth in any little place they think they can get away with it.
Say what you want about agnostics, atheists, deists, and the like... but at least they don't resort to crap like that to try to cram their belief system down someone elses throat. Is it just a matter of numbers, or does it have more to do with the nature of the different populations and what they will stoop to?
I guess the part that gave me a good chuckle was this little message at the end of the manifesto...
LOL***Don't forget to print this page or copy and paste it to a .txt file on your computer in case this thread gets deleted.
So goes my rant. That stuff gets my dander up.

This reminds me of another thread where I said basically the same thing, that you dont see Buddist bumperstickers and Jewish billboards.
It does make me curious why Christians tend to feel the need to "advertise" with stickers, billboards, TV commercials and blinking marquees. My computer is bigger than yours!

two things i liked about the thread 1. the link was a refferal link 2. the ending quote that you posted.
pure genious! Im thinking its the same idiot.
I dont think its more towards spreading the word of Christianity (so lets not belittle those who follow the religion), but more towards spamming his/her referral around to make some money.

Money? You mean they pay people to be Christians? Hell I might convert.

I really don't care, personally. You could be a Christian, Catholic, Muslim, Athiest, Hindu, whatever, spamming your beliefs and I'd still think the same of you. See, they are all classified in the same retarded group of people. It's black and white to me.

You can't fix stupidity.

Why the heck would I have popsicles from Illinois? I'm assuming "Illini" is what they call people/things from your state. How strange.

Students from the University of Illinois are called the "Illini," or "fighting Illini."

because one of the beliefs of christian is that they are supposed to spread Jesus' message to all the people, because only then will Jesus return. when all have heard the "good news"

I think the more appropriate statement would be that "Some Christians believe" since obviously all of them don't.

February 24th, 2005, 12:15 AM #20And what fun would that be? Conflict is not a bad thing. It's how one handles conflict that determines if it's a positive or negative experience. Nearly all conflict has the possibility of offering positive outcomes to the participants.

Those who won't deal with conflict have their heads in the sand. And if that's ok with them, then it's fine by me too, as long as they know what they are doing.
Conflict is similar to making mistakes, it's an opportunity to learn, grow, and expand your awareness... if handled as such. Or it could be an opportunity to hunker down in your bunker, dig in your heels and not give an inch. The latter is not very productive but we've all done it occasionally.
Anyways, conflict rules! So just hush up Wart...you and your big ideas. hmmmph.
