| How to commit the perfect crime:
A lawyer with waaaay too much time on his hands and a fascination with the vicinage requirements of the Sixth Amendment comes up with a scheme. It involves that tiny, unpopulated sliver of Yellowstone Park that hangs over into Idaho. The details are in the attached .pdf (and a tip o' the hat to The Volokh Conspiracy).

Good article, but why a damn PDF format!
First off, when Adobe AR came up..up popped a notice that a security update is necessary...so, I allowed that. Then, when I could get back to the artical..the reading is so long in the tooth (about page 12 to 14 before the "meat" is presented) that I have forgotten what it said leading up to it..and had to go back and re-read (old age & memory problems).
I just saved it and will copy to a text file, closer spaced where more of it can be read on one page before moving on.

I could have converted it into Word, I suppose, but I hate Word and use WordPerfect unless I'm forced to use Word. Thing is, people can read .pdf's no matter what word processor they have.
As for its length: 20 double-spaced pages doesn't seem long to me, especially when a complex argument is being made. But I recognize that the American attention span has dwindled over the years to what can be treated between commercials. |

Im not even bothering if there isnt video. |
