ARG!! Whassit called?!?
It's like a wet suit for a swimming, but they're a lot thinner. I can't seem to think of it! Ian Thorpe wears one but I can't think of the specific name for it.

Anyone help me out?

They are called competition or technical swim suits. Examples would be the Speedo FastSkin or Tyr Aqua Shift. You can see them here at Keifer.com
