I might actually look into installing a cheap catback for my truck now that I will be keeping it for a while longer.
Guys, what would cause an engine to backfire? Mine does it very rarely (Like once a month, or long enough for me to not remember the last time it happened) and it only does it when its been sitting all night so the engine is cold (Sometimes with lots of water in teh exhaust do to the humidity)

If you are going to buy a small cramped car with a performance heritage and looks, why buy something that can't perform like one | Because 95% of the buyers couldn't care less about "heritage". They like the looks and the value (and even the performance) of the car. After all, it's the only RWD car in it's class. |

There's no apostrophe in that "its," Bingo. I expect better from you.
And yeah. Honestly, if you buy a Mustang for heritage these days... Well... Fine, you got the name. You haven't got a Boss car.
I'd drive one. The more I see them, the more I like them. |

Yes, "it's" is the contraction of IT IS. Chalk another win up to me. Thank you, come again. |

Sooo, anyone care to conjur up a guess as to why my van stopped starting all of a sudden? It turns over, but I'm getting no fire. I had started and ran it no problems an hour previous.
It's been sitting in a no parking ( overnight ) zone since last night at my friends house
I'm guessing it's the fuel pump ( in tank ), which fortunately for me, I have only a 4th of a tank left ( about 7.5 gallons of gas ) and the fuel pump is seperate of the sending unit, so it'll cost me about $50 for the part.
But, I have to make sure it isn't an ignition issue first....verify, verify, verify! |
