Well, now I'm confused. I can't find an OEM spec Brembo rotor for the rear...it's as though they don't exist!
Are they the same thing, perhaps?

Possibly, though I do not know much about your specific model. Go to a vendor like Autozone.com and lookup a set of rotors. Check to see if the front rotors' part number matches the back rotors' part number.

That's part of my confusion. At Auto Parts Warehouse the front and back rotors in all the other models had different model #'s, so it would seem they are in some manner different. |

Yeap, then they are likely different. Could be the vendor simply does stock back Brembo rotors for your model, or it could be Brembo simply does not make the size rotor your rear brakes require. Your fronts might be covered simply because the same rotor fits several different models, while the backs could be more unique. Having fun, yet? |

Woo hooo, I found the part number for the rear: 25853, fronts are BR25358. Guess I'll have to dig around to find it for a reasonable price, or pick something else due to bard karma now surrounding that part.
I'm tempted to try the centric disc, but they seem like an uncommon part.
EDiT:
I'm not going with the Centric "E-coated", there's just too little product review info on it.

Screw it...I'll keep the stock rotors one more round. |

Forget coated rotors. If you do replace them, just install stock OEM replacement rotors. The cost difference for slots, drill holes, and coatings are simply not worth it for most street applications. |

I didn't think the Brembo's were coated...just high quality. The Aimco's look like the same garbage the last few mechanics put on my previous vehicles that warped over and over again. Some of the other dirt-cheap OEM's look equally tinsy, though pictures aren't the best to go by since they're often not product specific.
Brembo seemed to be of great quality given my short limited reading on them today. But it would seem the rear rotors are twice as much as the front rotors if I go brembo, putting the rear rotor price in the premium bracket despite only $35ish for the fronts. |

The rears are typically not subjected to anywhere near the level of abuse of the front rotors, as the majority of stopping power is generally biased towards the fronts. You might not even need to replace the rear rotors even if your front rotors are heavily worn. Have you had them checked recently? |
