| Watch THIS before you watch the "President" tonight
get a little historical info on who the "NeoCons" are http://www.informationclearinghouse....rticle6895.htm
good stuff...shows their mentality, their written down plans, their "use" of 911
many many video clips of their comments
give yourself a chance to properly frame Bush's propaganda tonight as he tries to get you to ignore how bad Iraq is and also to ignore those pesky memos.

One man's truth is another man's propaganda.
Or some other "deep" statement that may apply. |

i havn't watched it all, but, I will say, alot of stuff that was said about weapons of mass destruction etc. etc., and yet we have found maybe 50% or less of what they were saying was there....
now where stuck in a war that could have been posponed until further and "MORE" "FACTUAL" findings were found......
I like GWB , I am glad he is the President... I just don't like the war we are in... which in all honosty, no one likes war... I think it should have been handled differently... not sure how as I am not the President of the USA ....
I don't like seeing death of our people or other countries people...

the "handling" of the war is one question......but the "reason" for the war is a bigger one I think |

good point JP ... the "reason" for the war.... I don't think there was a good enough reason .... to invade Iraq...
Now going after Bin Laden... HECK YA ... that was a big enough reason... but what happend to that..?? Most of our efforts seem to be in Iraq, what is Bin Laden doing now...probably not worrying about us..... |

Thats been my problem with all this since day 1. Laden is running free while we die in iraq over-somthing else all together. Couldnt find Bin Laden (or didnt want to) so we have this whole side track mission to change the subject. If we declair war on ALL terrorsists well that such a LARGE target even Bush cant miss. So it looks like he's doing somthing. Even is its unjustified or done properly. MO of course.

President select
I watched the speech....what a bunch of vanilla nothing....he didnt state on single thing of any importance....more of the same dumbed down stuff...he didnt state one inch of a plan as to how any of this was going to be resolved...and naturally he didnt mention the Downing street memos, lol
plus of course he had the typical blatant trademarked Bush lie......he stated that he didnt think we needed more troops because none of his generals on the ground have said that they needed more troops
I just absolutely dont believe that as I have seen too many quotes of them saying they do need more.....maybe they try to tell him but he wont hear it |

Of course you didn't like a thing he said JP. I wouldn't expect anything less.
Now, why did you vote for him again? |
