All Enthusiast, Inc is Scott's company name. I'm not sure who Alta Design is - maybe Mark Stubblefield? |

The large majority of good sites are made with plain ole' Notepad, or some sort of HTML "compiler", which is basically notepad with a few extra features.

I prefer to use those HTML generators like Frontpage (Okay the worst) and then open it in notepad and clean the code. Because those generators make allot off no use nonsence code, which slow the site.
Good old notepad is still the best HTML editor aviable |

Sometimes get confused with german:
Bild = image |
