"There's a sucker born every minute" is attrbuted to Joseph Bessimer about 1880. The sentiment apparently hasnt changed much since his time.

The idea of spending $100,000 for a virtual resort, even though he thinks he will make money from it seems to be wrong to me. I would invest it in something I believe more worthwhile not to mention of more substance than a virtual resort.

Well the last guy who did this spent 38K and ALREADY made his money back in just about a year, so it is not all that far fetched.

Can you say "Total Recall"?

Get $100 worth of LSD; much cheaper and your "trips" will be real...sort of.

Try George Hull (often misquoted to PT Barnum...don't know why Bessimer would say it). Anyways it still stands...the guy just brought something nowhere near $100,000 in value.

He seems a rich guy(independent movie maker) so I guess may be USD 100,000 is not a huge thing for him unlike us
