    The system on Microsoft's phone product activation service is terrible. That or I don't enunciate properly. In any case, I press '1' a few times, enter the numbers, then I get to talk to a real person that I can't understand (and vice versa half the time)

    The indian accent would be ok if the quality of the line didn't drop when talking to the indian call station.
