My mom, i've decided, is crazy. She will google a product, shop around for the cheepest price, and then buy the product off the site she finds it on, without any research as to the validity of the site. She tells me that her money will be refunded by the credit card company if her package never arives. I was under the impression that they only return the money if you did not make the purchase. If you make the purchase but get screwed...i didn't think they covered it. Also...couple of other questions. How does this affect your credit report if at all. With most companies...is there a maximum, or minimum amount they'll refund/return/whatever? Any one last question....with your name, address, and cc number, is identity theft an issue? Basically, I know that what she's doing is not a good thing, I just don't know the details to explain why....that's where I need you guys Thanks!! |
