Do people make resolutions anymore? Have they ever?
Personally, I never made one. I figure if I need to get something done, I don't need to wait until Janurary to start. What do you guys think? |

No. But um, maybe I might force myself this year to think of something.

That should be your resolution: to think of something for next year. |

I make New Years Resolution equivalents, dozens of times per year...so, no, I don't wait around 'til January 1st to start accomplishing goals.

I set goal deadlines anytime it strikes my fancy, so The First has no significance for me that way.
Martoch! What's your resolution???

I used to, but by February, I couldn't remember what I had resolved to do. So I stopped. I had my last cigarette on a New Year's eve, but it wasn't really a New Year's resolution to stop. I had already decided that I wasn't going to smoke anymore, and it seemed like a good time to stop. |

I don't normally, probably once or twice in the past.
This year I made one, and failed a few hours into Jan 1st

My New Years Resolution, if you want to call it that, is just generally to make each year better than the last. I view January 1st and somewhat as a fresh start of sorts.
