It's only wrong and a shame when you shop lift from a mom and pop store. We are talking about a grouping of spineless multinational corporations here. It is pretty vile and disgusting that you can go to prison for downloading 1 mp3 (just one) and face more fines,prison time, etc then a murderer! give me a break!

You: Downloading mp3's,Software,Cam Captures Of Movies, etc: Total Monster and threat to capitalism, you deserve to be locked up in prison for more time then a child rapist and/or serial killer!

Them: Embezzling And Skimming Money out of companies, Insider Trading, Selling Off Stocks and running while maintaining to thousands of employees that the company is doing just fine (enron,worldcom, etc), they plead the fifth and end up on a beach in the bahamas sipping martini's while familes affected by the loss of the company, their 401k's, etc lose their homes and go homeless/bankrupt.

Yeah, me downloading that frank sinatra mp3 and copy of smokey and the bandit is a awful awful thing that is going to reduce america to a flaming wreck since I didn't go out and buy a copy of it.........

Interesting if true My guess is that she will get off, if it is bs then she will be found guilty and finded jailed and what ever in accordance with what is right for being a scum bag thief.

If innocent though I hope she gets some money for her trouble and lawyer fees.
