Would you believe this?

This one ought to be good."Ms Lindor has not only never 'downloaded, distributed or made available for distribution' any files, but has never purchased, used or even turned on a computer in her life," her lawyers wrote in a letter to Judge David Trager.

February 3rd, 2006, 04:05 PM #3It's only wrong and a shame when you shop lift from a mom and pop store. We are talking about a grouping of spineless multinational corporations here. It is pretty vile and disgusting that you can go to prison for downloading 1 mp3 (just one) and face more fines, prison time, etc then a murderer! give me a break!"The illegal downloading of music is just as wrong as shoplifting from a local store. It is against the law, and breaking the law must carry consequences."

February 3rd, 2006, 04:11 PM #4Lol, and when a person without a computer tries to download a song illegaly, that is like what, a person without arms or legs trying to steal something from a local store?"The illegal downloading of music is just as wrong as shoplifting from a local store. It is against the law, and breaking the law must carry consequences."

Interesting if true My guess is that she will get off, if it is bs then she will be found guilty and finded jailed and what ever in accordance with what is right for being a scum bag thief.
If innocent though I hope she gets some money for her trouble and lawyer fees.

It is mighty convenient of you to demonize the record industry so that you can personally enrich your life. What a convenient excuse you use when it benefits you. Ps this is directed at all pirates not you specifically.
