For those who don't speak German (I believe there are some) here's a translations of all the German bits:

Video starts. Chubby guy points at the map, "this here is my sector".

Chubby guy points to first device, "this here is the most important device of the coast guard".

Chubby guy points at two devices quickly, "this device... and this device...".

Chubby guy points at the initial machine again, "…survival- radar!"

The rest is understandable.
