I love this new DVD burner I bought...

My old one took 22 minutes to rip a DVD and 40 to burn with data verification.

This isn't much fun.

I am trying to buy a laptop from them, but I am trying to see if I can get 1 1GB stick instead of 2 512MB sticks. So far it is going slow, I almost feel like I have to teach this guy what memory is(after every answer or question I make, he/she seems to have to look it up in a book or something).
(wonder how long this will take...think I could talk to a superior of his/hers?)
