Not nearly as quickly though. Where do you get copper spikes anyway? I don't seem to have any laying around the house.

Grounding spikes or rods used for grounding a house. Your local hardware store should carry something although many places have changed to grounding plates that don't use spikes.

Cut the rod's and file to a sharp point is all you do.
