Didn't get the chance to go for a spin this morning, so I will have to settle with some gym time tonight.
I hope I am able to get out and run and cycle in the morning, assuming I can get to bed before midnight.

I went for jog last weekend. First one in while do to shin-splints.
I need to start stretching regularly. Since Im not active everyday, my body is starting to show it. | |
