Played with my new 300 win @ the range today.
I found 2 loads I want to revisit, and one that I neglected to try. |

Home from a really short bike ride.
Going to maybe make something to eat and watch the Sox. |

Today I made grilled chicken for lunch. That was pretty good also (though the chicken boobs I made got over-cooked a bit, but the legs were great).

My ribs were better.
Coat ribs with a salt + seasoning mix (do not remember what was all put in it)
Pour 1/4 inch of beer in the bottom of the pan the ribs are in.
Cover pan with plastic wrap, then aluminum foil.
Leave sit overnight.
Turn oven to 220F
Put in the pan with the ribs in the oven for 6-8 hours.
Put on some bbq sauce made from scratch (I have a very good recipe for bbq sauce as well).
Eat.
300F is a bit too much I think...although my way takes a lot more work, especially if you want to make your own bbq sauce, which takes like 1-2 hours itself (we usually made 5 gallons at a time). |
