Honey Beer

Hey there guys, I've tried different kinds of beer and was wondering what honey beer tastes like. Is it sweet in comparison to other beers? Easier to drink? Good for getting drunk on or a premium drink?

Honey beer? What's that? Is that just when you say "Honey, get me a beer" ?

I've had it, didn't go crazy over it. Basically, anytime a flavoring is added, it's a more subtle thing...like "Strawberry Blonde". With Honey Beer, they take a basic wheat beer and add honey (at some point.).

What you taste is the essential flavor of honey as a 'top note' to the flavor of the beer. And it's a complimentary taste, but I go more for the traditional ones.

(btw, wheat beer= Hepfleweisen.)
