I was just choosing arbitrary parameters. I have no idea how to construct a transistor. |

Yeah, same here. I chose #3 all the way and got a 94...WooHoo!! I dont know what to change to get a perfect 100. But, I am gonna try. |

I tried random and got a 57. Seemed kind of boring not really being up on the latest materials and techniques.

100!!! Woo Hoo!!!
It was sort of like that semi-conductor physics lab I took in college. We made 54 NMOS devices on a 2" silicon wafer using photolithography. It was fun.
