I will post back later after my meeting with the building inspector which should be Monday evening or the latest Tuesday evening. |

Update:
I had the building inspector look at the foundation cracks. The builder and the building inspector agreed the cracks are not structural but should be corrected with a epoxy fill.
I found some low spots in the basement floor, here is a copy of the work to be done by the concrete company.
"------ concrete will damp proof the entire floor using penetrating product from Emecole,Inc.Secondly we will acid the entire floor, after that we will use Butterfield T-1000 polymer to level out the floor. Finally we will apply a neutral color epoxy sealant to the entire floor. The process will take 7-10 days to dry and cure. ------ will Concrete will warranty the floor against spalling and peeling for 2 years. |

Based off what the concrete person stated the backfill was done 1 week after the walls were poured, he said it should have been done 3 weeks after pouring the walls. |

well, it seems that they are willing to work with you on this. Having the basement floor coated and guarenteed is a plus. |
