US Immigration changes

This story is just a bit biased and has a little attitude...

OK, its heavily biased and has alot of attitude, but...

It makes a point. The US goverment is right now trying to pass an end run in immigration and border law. The law states that it is intended to strengthen current law. But buried in the clauses and legal double talk is the bomb. It would make any illegal alien already inside the US a citizen, bypassing the current law. Much less the proposed tougher law.

And to all of the immigrants that are sweating out the wait to discover if thier legal application is approved, tough. The wet backs get in, you forgot to tell us your third grade teachers wifes maiden name (I made that up, but you get the idea).

Yeah I hear ya... my wife is canadian, and you wouldn't believe the hurdles we've been jumping to not only get her here.. but JUST TO FIND OUT HOW...
Now this comes along, and find out all of these illegal's are just going to be able to stick around. Hmm just a BIT upsetting to say the least

I ment the 'wet back' comment to be inflammatory. Not racial/ethnic. Just to vent some rage.

BTW, California did this amnesty thing some time ago. They just made everyone legal with the stroke of a pen.
