I usually have several versions of my resume and I specialize it for each specific job Im applying to. In your example I would highlight any/all experiences and abilities that would bring to light your fantastic skills as an "Outreach Administrator". Granted, Im not sure exactly what an Outreach Admin is but I'd guess that the description in the job posting does a decent job of describing the duties.

Yep it's one of those "titles" for doing everything from sweeping the floor to hosting a fund raising event catering to deep pocket foundations.
Or Anything the Executive director doesn't have the time or inclination to do!
I have an objective on my resume now, it just seemed too ridiculous to say Seeking a position as an Outreach Administrator
and the old Seeking a position to utilize my blah blah blah must be so 90's.

important to show that you meet all of the requirements.
so list the things that the job ad asks for then "answer" those requirements in your resume. then add any other bits that might be of use in that job.....including spare time stuff.......
i've seen some friends lately miss out on even getting an interview because they'd not shown in their original application that they met all the requirements......even thouigh in reality they did have everything that was needed.

Thanks doddsy, I think I have an upper hand on this one, she told me about the position while I was there doing some volunteer work for her. Their agency is partnered on one aspect of the agency I'm doing school work study for, and I was loaned to them while my boss is out of town this week because I'm technically working for my bosses non profit program and there is a place of intersection between the two non profits.
The woman that runs the 2nd agency got the news that her current Outreach Administrator who only worked there since Jan was leaving due to early pregnancy problems. Because of her personnel problems she was way behind the gun and I volunteered to stay the afternoon and whip up a company policy for utilizIng volunteers that she's going to need tomorrow night! (OMG thank god there's the internet)
I told her I'd come in tomorrow and help her a few more hours with putting together all that paperwork junk you get from companies in a training seminar..
It's a sweet job with most hours from 12 to5pm and awesome pay. Almost too good to be true so I won't hold my breath.... too much.
Did I say freaking awesome pay?? Like double what anyting similar would pay in this town.

Hmmm...it's not really MY bailiwick, but I suspect that making statements that end in phrases like "..completely rehabilitated", or even "...but the charges could not be proved" should be avoided, I think.

I know you. You're a shoo-in! |

well, I'm not sure, but if I can do it like I think I can, I don't think I have to worry about the criminal background check,,, using a sander on your fingertips works! |
