In looking for a way to do a balance transfer to save a couple hundred bucks in interest I've been looking at some of the 3-per-day credit card offers I get in my mailbox. Today I finally saw one with an appealing offer. 7.99% fixed (Prime -.26%), 0% for 9 months on a balance transfer, no fee. And then I read the online terms: Quote: |

Only I have to honor the terms of the contract, which is subject to change under any whim they have. No point in gambling my interest paid, so I'll just have to deal with what I've got and get a refi from a reputable bank or credit union before too long.
