| Landline, Cellular, Dialup, DSL, RTT, EVDO, Satellite, VoIP - Telecom Overload?
It is the so-called digital era, and true enough, it appears I have become a little overloaded on telecommunications and data services: phone, television, Internet, etc.
DirecTV satellite television
AT&T/BellSouth landline phone (total solutions package)
AT&T/BellSouth DSL broadband (6Mbps)
AT&T/BellSouth Nationwide dialup
Sprint PCS Wireless cellular phone and EVDO/RTT data
Verizon Wireless cellular EVDO/RTT data
Skype Voice-over-IP
Time for some comparison. What telecom and data services do you use? The poll is above.

just telephone and DSL here. who needs cable/sattelite anyway? I almost never have time to watch live tv, and there's this wonderful thing called bittorrent. I like to think of it as that tivo unit everyone chipped in for.

Landline for the home, cellular for my addiction. I have cable internet (10/1 wins all day long), and for the extra $12/month, it didn't make sense to not get basic (analog ftw) cable. |
