A buddy at work showed me this one, Sounds like it should have been a Monty Python skit. To bad its just a politician from Australia.
Not a Monty Python skit, but it is a comedy skit. It's done by a couple of Australians, John Clarke and Brian Dawe. There are a few of their routines on YouTube.
