The Prius
I've never been to one of these up close before while one was running. But today I got the opportunity as I was walking home from the gym, and the Prius was driving away from the gym.
As it pulled away, it made no sound, and I thought that was really freakin' cool. But then I thought, "hey, greenie...I'm using less energy and making less emissions than you." But now I'm thinking if my farts are dirtier than the Prius' engine.
Well, that's my story for the day.

Im going to be waiting a looong time to get another vehicle.. Hopefully electric/ hydrogen fuel cells will come faster and more reliable than folks expect...and FAR more affordable. He who seeks vengeance must dig two graves. One for his enemy, and one for himself.-- Lao Tzu

Walking is still MUCH greener than buying a Prius. While a Prius is greener than many cars, you still have to build it, fuel it, dispose of the batteries(and other metals) in a safe manner, etc. . .
Heck, even bicycles are greener than Prius cars. Or wheelchairs or Segways. They say technology slows down for no one. I know it outruns my wallet. I figure its because my wallet isn't light enough yet.

Im all for getting rid of petrol for motion.
BUT we also have to remember what the military is going to , is probably what we are going to get.
It NEEDS to be readily available for them, in case something would ever happen conus..He who seeks vengeance must dig two graves. One for his enemy, and one for himself.-- Lao Tzu
