its easier just to use the YouPlayer Add on in Firefox.
download as a flv format video, then use SUPER to convert it later to something else if you want. but since I mainly use JetAudio's Basic media Player, it will play the flv files as they are unlike WMP. (I only convert them if sending the vid to someone, posting it somewhere or burning to disc)
