Apparently. Could be a routing issue. Could be a distributed geolocational-targeted server issue. However, if a specific server for the targeted region is down, one would think an operation as large as Godaddy should have failover.

godaddy.com is down for me as well. I'm in the chicago area on comcast. Can't get my email.

amazing, and kinda scary.

on the bright side, my new 2707WFP Dell monitor was just delivered!!

now all I have to do is wait for my new vidcard and RAM, hopefully coming today from Newegg

Depends on how they tiered their coverage. If the pipe is broken in Texas and they only have servers in Texas and Florida say, then anything sent may get stuck and not redirect to florida because the top level DNS isnt rerouting. The internets is weird.

BTW, come to find out, the 2707WFP should have a S-PVA display panel, meaning at least 8-bit per pixel color and no dithering. While expensive IPS panels still hold the lead for color reproduction, S-PVA panels are much better than common TN display panels. TN panels can incur significant dithering, especially affordable models offering 6-bit per pixel color. You should find the 2707WFP well suited for much of your work.
