ResellerRatings Merchant Members Program

ResellerRatings launched a new exciting feature called the Merchant Member program this week. Now, you can see which stores actively monitor feedback and work to resolve customer issues at ResellerRatings.

Merchant Members List

If a store is a Merchant Member, you'll see a green box indicating this on their reviews page. If not, you'll see a red box indicating that they have not yet subscribed as a Merchant Member.

Interesting list. The first thing I wanted to see was a store with low ratings that was looking to improve...the first one I clicked was PGN / Price Guide Network, and their Customer Service repsonse reminds me of the purchases that make up nightmares...

Granted Syntax Error could be wrong on all accounts...but I'll go with their rating on who I believe there.

It's good to see customer issues being addressed, though sad that it requires a spotlight at times to get them to care. When a lack of ethics there is, a warning to others is our next best weapon. And of course there are always the negative reviews one must filter through...sometimes such reviews are obvious when they are illegitimate or irrelevant, other times they are convincing even if the truth lay not with the complainer.

I like it. Takes some of the guess work out of who has a merchant account and who doesn't.

Besides, what's up with one.

Scott's Store. Only a 8.2/10 and none of the 52 reviews are showing.
