Argh, I won't be going to the Mexican restaurant tonight. My parents will be going because I have to baby sit my brother. They'll probably bring me some food tonight, but it won't be for a while.

I would go eat dinner and let my mom baby sit, but she would still yell at me about it three weeks from now.

Actually I thought EQ2 looked El-Cheesomatic.. you seen L2? Very nice looking game

last I checked WoW was accessible but the lag was just atrocious

I also thought the original EQ looked horribly cheesy :P

I like the way WoW looks, L2 IS laden with textures so it tends to texture lag a bit when you load some of the backgrounds but its playable. Chances are a lot of EQ2's texture lag is more poor code related.. they could probably do a lot of optimizations to clean itup.

you have to remember the original EQ is five years old....and run by another company before Sony (verant).

There was nothing like immersing yourself in that world for the first time.

I TRIED to play L2
couldn't do it

Wart, many times we like this thread because its a way to just put up a thought and go about our business
doesn't require a chat room, or an IM session because people go in and out so much
just put up a thought and on our way
there's no "hey how ya doin?" keep up the chat type messages required
