we're both gnomes, but I think you can start out in same town as a Dwarf

Alliance cannot have shamans.... their class are paladins...

well after playing wow for some time, i think the game is too easy, after playing more than 7 months Dark Age of camelot wow is just to simple, skilling the char isnt that hard, mobs stop chasing you after some meters, if you die you dont lose experience, no spellcrafting system (well you have to play daoc to understand this) you cant change the size of your char, every dwarf is as tall as other dwarfs =) the best thing is if someone hits you the cast wont be interrupted, to easy =)

the only thing better in wow is (for now) the graphics, the whole concept of questing, way more sounds but hell daoc is 3 years old =)

i wait for the new add on catacombs for daoc, after this add on the graphics will look much better and you can customize the face of your char too, for me daoc is still better than wow. so i will stay where i am right now =)
