    There. Done with a major overhaul of my blog. Boredom will make you do some crazy stuff. I just need to do the comments template and the archive template now and I'll be all set. But now I need to pass out.

    I figured out a better way around the block of images.techimo.com

    Proxy Servers to the rescue!
    The only thing is proxy is kinda slow, so I dont' want to use it all the time.

    SO I put my handy dandy "Enable Proxy Servers" checkbox on the toolbar

    You were right in your blog, that background is bad news

    and that 'feature' where the text scrolls but background doesn't... *shudder*

    Keep in mind the recent posts thing is a hack that Scott & Co did for TIMO, it's not a VB3 thing.
    Correct. It is completely HTTP server side at TechIMO, meaning that it pulls queries from the SQL database tables on a set refresh schedule. I do not believe vB even offers an option for hacking this feature into the forum coding.

    Thread tracking seems off as well, but for more than the recent discussion list. I will take a look at the vB3 thread cache settings later today, plus Surreal has filed an error report with Scott for further analysis.

    Whats the best way to trash exchange 5.5 public folders for 60 sites in a SINGLE day!
    Install Exchange 2000! YAY!
    We have a 16 GIG file for public folders and it all went bye bye today

    and its not even our fault!
