I had a girlfriend who's father was a veterinarian. He worked out of his home, so he nearly always had a little canister of liquid nitrogen. She used that stuff a couple of times on one of my warts. It sure did sting a bit.

We tried the stuff you can buy and use at home on my daughter who had a wart on her finger. Just didn't seem to do the trick. Went and saw the doc, and he suggested wrapping her finger with duct tape for a coulple of weeks, let it air dry for a day, and then wrap again.
Did the job! Apparently it smothers the root, the air dries it out, and the second wrapping finishes the job. |

It only hurt alot during the actual freeze...minor discomfort for a few hours after (but I have a pretty high pain threshold).
Done Thursday, turning into a blister now. Hopefully that liquid nitro desinegratged that bugger and will "wash out" when the blister heals...(MENTAL NOTE TO SELF. do not mess with blister, DO NOT MESS WITH BLISTER!!!!!!!!) lol |
