For starters... the word Real Estate generally referes to Property, Land and Homes for Sale, lease and rent ...
I'm guess you don't to become Property, Land or a Home and that your asking about getting a Real Estate License 
The best college would be the one cloest to your where you live. And I'm guessing you don't live in the USA where the real estate market is doing poorly and people in the business are starving
