Been watching the reruns on Sci-Fi/Syfy channel this past week, but it does look good, not quite like the hack job they did on BSG, or the new BSG-esque filming they did on the new SG Universe show...
so hopefully they haven't mauled it with the new V Series like so many classic shows and movies get these days.
My dad was just saying about a half hour, he's hoping they haven't ruined the new V series when it comes out, does look like a much newer updated version with out skewing away from the original series much.

I actually had the whole mini series on TV yesterday... I saw about an hour of it. 
It's as bad as it was when it was on the first time....
yes the new version does look better than the old one. |

I remember rushing home from work once a week to watch the original episodes.
Was great in it's day, but a bit dated now.
All the actors/acctresses look like 70's porn stars...(Apart from Robert Englund)
Will look forward to the remake when it gets over here.
