I'd have to have hella calluses to not chew my toes to the bone if I played barefoot.
I think this shoeless running deal only applies to distance runners, not sprinters.
We're predators sure... but I don't think genus Homo ever did much sprinting after prey.
On another note... I'll have to have a Dr. explain the different wear patterns on my shoes some day. Methinks that is going to catch up to me eventually. Probably has to do with the wonky tibia in my left leg.
