went in there and threw on the heavy weights right away, didn't we Brad?
No worries, I've done it myself. If you hurt all over, let the body rest and repair until you can move without pain. Then go back and take it easy. In the mean time, put together a work out schedule that works, instead of just going in and working out.
Pick up a Men's Health or Fitness magazine that has some routines printed in it, or look online for something that you can start off with. Just going into the gym and hitting a few machines isn't going to do you much good than do what it did to you already. |

I m feeling better today. Almost normal. I went back and did a light round on the machines and we walked yesterday about a mile.

I did 20 min on a bicycle, and 20 reps on all the machines at the lowest possible weight.
Maybe a week like this every day and then up it by 10 lbs. I don't feel bad today, but it ain't tomorrow yet.  |
